A Tornado in Wheat Ridge….you can’t be serious?!

Saddness comes in the form of scattered tree branches, 40 year old Cottonwood split in half, branches scattered 50-60 feet away, destroyed umbrella (our favorite) and a lost walnut tree.  The rain and winds that tore through the town seemed to travel right through out backyard.  The tornado sirens were going off for about 30 minutes.  So much damage up and down the road, power out for 2+ days – amazing what mother nature can do!  Everyone is safe though….and that is the important thing.
